Any quotation provided to you either verbally, and or via email prior to us receiving your gold jewellery is only an approximate quotation. A final offer will be provided in writing and can only be made following the weighing and assaying of your gold jewellery at the store.
Delivery and insurance of your gold jewellery to Gold and Silver Bullion Australia is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend Australia Registered Post as they provide insurance up to $5000.00 per parcel at a competitive price.
Gold and Silver Bullion Australia will insure the return of your gold jewellery should you not accept our offer or items that are not gold. The insurance is limited to the amount that was offered to purchase your jewellery. Alternatively, you can arrange for your own couriers and insurance to collect this from our store.
All incoming parcels are immediately weighed to confirm against the weight written on the parcel. We will only proceed with opening and assaying your gold jewellery should these weights match. If no weight has been recorded on the parcel, the customer assumes the risk of the contents being intact and complete.
We will contact you either by email or phone to discuss our results and to make our offer to you.
Should you wish to proceed, we will email or fax our offer to you. We require a written acceptance of this offer, and a fully completed declaration form before we will proceed to make payment.
Payment can be made by Direct Debit, Cheque or Cash by prior arrangement.
